Upper mantle rheology from deep earthquakes

In this work, we would like to better constrain the rheological structure and properties near the transition portion of the upper mantle in subduction zones. We used three-dimensional viscoelastic finite element models to study the postseismic deformation of the 2013 Mw8.3 Okhotsk earthquake.
